Positions Available

Assistant Manager

Full time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in daily operations of the business.
  • Ensure our team are providing our customers with the best possible service.
  • Manage orders and ensure we run on time to the best of our ability.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen at all time.
  • Prepare food items for service in the store and the food trucks whilst following our food safety plan.
  • Reporting and record keeping as per our food safety plan.
  • Train and develop new staff.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times as an example to all staff and manage their standards-train where required. 
  • Support the business with suggestions and ideas to steamline and improve products and service.
  • Develop a team culture that is enjoyable and positive.
  • Follow direction from other Managers and owners but be involved with the ongoing growth of the business.

Renumeration-Dependant on skills and experience.

Chef or Cook

We have multiple roles for Wood Fired Pizza Chef and Line cook.

Casual to Full time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager’s in daily operations of the business.

  • Maintain the wood fired oven and cook line (Role dependant) and ensure we are operating at our peak during opening hours.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and your work space at all time.
  • Prepare food items for service in the store and the food trucks.
  • Train and develop new staff.
  • Support the business with suggestions and ideas to steamline and improve products and service.
  • Develop a team culture that is enjoyable and positive.
  • Follow direction from other Managers and owners but be involved with the ongoing growth of the business.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.

BOH (Back of House)

We have multiple roles for this position.

Casual to Full time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team and managers from Washing up, to preparing food items and helping where needed. 
  • Serve customers in the restaurant, clearing tables and cleaning/sanitising them.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of your work space at all times-maintain the kitchen clenliness to a high standard. 
  • Support other areas within the team as required.  Learning multiple roles will be important as we want you to be able to grow in this role.  Your not just a dishy. 
  • Support the business with suggestions and ideas to steamline and improve products and service.
  • Be part of a team culture that is enjoyable and positive.
  • Follow direction from Managers and owners.
  • Cleaning and waste disposal as directed.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
